Return and Exchange Policy
Conditions for Return and Exchange
We are committed to providing high-quality products to meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Return:
• Timeframe: You must request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached in the original packaging). We do not accept returns if the wig has been used or if the lace has been cut.
• Ineligible Items: Hair care and styling products, accessories, liquids, and special-order items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process:
• Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact us at support@example.com to obtain return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Return Shipping: Our warehouse will send you a free return label, so you do not need to pay for return shipping.
• Partial Refund: Unless the return is due to our error, customers will bear part of the product cost and will not receive a full refund.
3. Refunds:
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
• Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply for items returned due to reasons other than our error.
• Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable as they have already been paid to the shipping company.
4. Exchanges:
• Process: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at support@example.com to discuss exchange options and availability. Exchange conditions are the same as those for returns.
5.Customized wigs are not returnable
Ineligible Situations for Return or Exchange
The following situations are not eligible for return or refund:
• The frontal lace is cut or damaged.
• The original packaging or product is altered.
• The item is worn or sprayed with any hairstyling products.
• The item is damaged, and its original status is changed.
• Special orders and clearance items.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order if the cancellation request is made in a timely manner. Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been shipped or the customization process has begun. A 5% processing fee will apply for canceled orders.
