Order Processing Time

We are committed to providing efficient order processing services. All in-stock items are typically shipped within 48 hours. Our working hours are Monday to Saturday (Time Zone 8), with a day off on Sunday. If you place an order on Sunday or during Chinese holidays, your order will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Shipping Method

We use FedEx and DHL as our primary logistics service providers to ensure your order is delivered quickly and safely.

Since our warehouse is located in Guangzhou, China, with daily flights to major cities worldwide, orders are generally delivered within 3-7 business days after shipment. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, weather, and other uncontrollable factors.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the order. Specific charges will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you tracking information via email. You can use the provided tracking number to check the status of your order on our website or the respective courier’s website (FedEx or DHL). If any issues arise during shipping, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.

Important Information

1. Working Hours: We do not process orders on Sundays and Chinese holidays. Please plan your orders accordingly.
2. Address Information: Ensure that you provide the correct shipping address and phone number when placing an order. If the address or phone number is incomplete, the order will be held for 5 working days before being canceled and refunded.
3. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 48 hours, usually within 24 hours, after which you can start tracking your order.
